Understanding the different parts of you, without judgment
Have you ever noticed two very different voices responding to the same situation – one that feels calm and grounded, and another that feels scared, anxious, or fiercely protective? IFS is a way of understanding those parts, and working with them rather than against them.

We don’t have one single, unified voice inside us – we have several “parts,” each formed to protect us or help us cope. Underneath these parts, there’s also a core “Self” – calm, compassionate, and undamaged, though it can get buried. IFS isn’t about getting rid of parts. It’s about helping that core Self lead.
You might recognize this pattern if –
You logically “know” something to be true, but “feel” something very different – and can’t quite close that gap
This shows up consistently, across different situations – not just once
You’re curious about parts work, even if you’re not sure exactly what it involves yet
How the work unfolds
In our work together, we get curious about what these parts actually sound like, and start noticing when each one tends to show up – often the same part responding across several different situations, not just one. From there, we explore what that part is protecting you from, and what it actually needs. Rather than trying to push it away, the goal is to build up the presence of your calmer, more grounded Self, so it can step in and meet that need directly.
