Welcome to my blog. I’m really glad you’re here. I hope you find something that feels interesting, comforting, or thought-provoking enough to make you want to stay a little longer.
This blog grew out of my wish to share the thoughts and reflections that come up for me in everyday life, especially about the world of mental health. Having always found social media a little daunting, and finding comfort in writing, blogging felt like the most natural way to express those ideas.
I can’t tell you exactly what you’ll find here yet – and maybe that’s part of the fun. I hope that if you’re considering starting therapy with me, these posts offer you a small window into how I think about the work I do with clients. And if you’re simply exploring, I hope you come away with a new perspective or a sense of resonance with how I see mental health as something that weaves into every small part of our lives.
